A trip to the Zoo
Saturday was a beautiful day! Sunny, 70's, just perfect...however, it's now 30 degrees and has been spitting snow off and on all day. Crazy Arkansas weather! Anyway, since Saturday was so nice, we decided to take Hayden to the Memphis Zoo. My parents got us a Zoo membership for Christmas, so hopefully we'll take many more trips there this year. Hayden and I rode the train, and he sat so still and quiet during the ride. I tried asking him what animals we passed as we rode, but he would only whisper, because he was taking it all in! He really liked the fountain, the elephants, and the farm area, where he got to pet a few animals.

Oh, I LOVE the zoo! I don't think there is a better family outing....I am so sad the weather has turned cold again. Maybe it will warm up soon, our passes are burning a hole in my pocket as well!! Great pictures...I love the cat in the hat ones as well. Too cute!
